ABOUT JACK
I am a certified Executive Coach and Business Consultant with 20+ years of experience in corporate and non-profit leadership positions. I am passionate about developing thriving leaders and organizations. Committed to making a positive impact beyond my work, I also donate a percentage of my earnings to environmental and social causes.

I coach and advise leaders and teams from start-ups to multinational organizations. As a coach, my approach is rooted in authenticity and personalized support. I seek to empower and motivate my clients to help them overcome obstacles and create sustainable change to achieve their desired future. As a business consultant and leader, I am also known for my ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders and partners, develop high-performing and inclusive teams, and identify and implement innovative strategies to grow organizations.

Previously, I spent 9 years at Amazon growing several multibillion dollar businesses, launching the company into new countries, and leading global organization and learning development programs. I also have 12+ years of experience directing and facilitating sustainability consulting projects with c-suite leaders, and leading outdoor expeditions and experiential education programs in the US and Latin America.​
I have an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Carleton College. I earned my Executive Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and am also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
